1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arrivals Maldives ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Arrivals Maldives is a private service that assists travelers with the preparation and submission of Maldives Traveller Declaration (IMUGA) applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Maldivian government or any government agency.

The official IMUGA is issued by the Maldivian government and is free of charge at https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv, where you can also complete it yourself. Our fee of USD $19.00 is for the assistance described above — preparing, checking and filing your application — and not for the card itself.

Our service includes:

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Ensure all passport and travel information is correct
• Keep your application reference number secure
• Check your email (including spam folder) for our communications
• Comply with all Maldivian immigration laws and requirements

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
• Have a valid passport
• Be eligible to enter Maldives
• Have a valid payment method

5. Fees and Payment

Our service fee is USD $19.00 per application. This fee covers:

• Application processing and verification
• Fast-track submission to Maldivian authorities
• 24/7 customer support
• Email delivery

Payment is processed securely through Stripe or WeChat Pay. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Note: This fee is for our service only and does not include any government fees (the IMUGA itself is currently free from the Maldivian government).

6. Processing Time

We aim to process applications within 24-48 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on:

• Volume of applications
• Accuracy of submitted information
• Maldivian immigration system availability
• Additional verification requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by Maldivian government systems or incomplete applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee approval of your IMUGA application
• We are not responsible for visa denials or entry refusals
• We are not liable for losses resulting from system downtime
• We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by users
• Our liability is limited to the service fee paid

9. Disclaimers

Important disclaimers:

• We are a private service, not a government agency
• The IMUGA does not guarantee entry into Maldives
• Final entry decisions are made by Maldivian immigration officers
• You must still comply with all Maldivian immigration requirements
• You are responsible for having valid travel documents
• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Arrivals Maldives or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Violation of these Terms
